OTE – MARIA JOSE CALDERON DIAZ
(Malaga, Spain 1959)
From Malaga (1959) she’s been a resident in Fuengirola for over twenty years, where she is a teacher in a public school. She always had an interest in Arts, in all its forms and specially in plastic Arts.
She begun her artistic career employing diverse techniques and disciplines such as polycromics, tapestries and painting. For the last few years collage became her main activity. The techniques utilized go from paper collage & a large variaty of materials to technical mixed collage, where painting blends perfectly within the piece.
