He is a painter and engraver belonging to the generation of the eighties. Influenced at first by the &#8220;Transvanguardia&#8221; and the &#8220;German Expressionism&#8221;, it evolved towards a metaphysical line. From 1990 he began to work on identity and emptiness, investigating the essence of man and nature. His search led him to reflect on the no place; the transitoriness and the ayoidad of the passers-by in the urban spaces. Since a decade ago, the technique of traditional Chinese ink is very present in his work, investigating its use in western contemporary pictorial language.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He has held international exhibitions, obtained national awards, and worked with national galleries and malague\u00f1as, as well as collaborating with publishers such as Anagrama and Siruela. His work is in national and international collections, as well as in public and private institutions in Malaga.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Among the most recent international and national exhibitions, the following stand out: Arka Gallery, Vilnius (Lithuania); Galerija Beograd, Belgrade (Serbia).
