DANIEL GARBADE<\/strong>
\n(Zurich, Switzerland\u00a0<\/strong>1957)<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Daniel Garbade, Zurich 1957, is a painter, photographer, draftsman, illustrator and sculptor. As Art Director and Director of Production for Advertising and Films, he worked for Warner Bros,<\/p>\n

TF 1, The Alan Ladd Company, Condor Films, and productions such as: Five days one summer<\/em> by Fred Zinnemann or Espi\u00f3n l\u00e8ve toi<\/em> by Yves Boisset among others. He made photographs, Illustrations and graphic design for magazines and newspapers like Dunia<\/em>, EL PAIS Semanal, Orientations, Signos, (Spain), Z\u00fcrichsee Zeitung, Die Yacht (Switzerland), Epoca (Mexico), G + J: Gruner + Jahr GmbH & Co, Wochenschau Verlag (Germany) and Mc Graw & Hill (USA).<\/p>\n

Garbade was selected by the Dadaists of the Cabaret Voltaire Zurich to make the plaque of Bakunin’s tomb in Bern. He lived in Madrid from 1983 – 2011, and again since 2016. His work was exhibited in several Art Fairs such as Art Basel, Spectrum Miami, Artexpo USA, Superestudio Piu, Milano, or in ARCO editions since 1984. He has been exhibited Galleries in Zurich, Lausanne, Basel, Madrid, Mexico, the United States, France and Italy.<\/p>\n
